Due to the age of our window we had to order new fixings to accommodate the blind fitting. These two bits of plastic cost £6 and eventually arrived several days after the blind from France. No delivery information on this separate delivery only the blind. caused problems in arranging the installation. Also it was not clear on the website that the colour we chose was not a blackout blind. Right colour for our room but not reducing light in to bedroom in the morning.
I ordered some blind fabric samples which arrived in a few days. Happy with samples, ease of ordering and swift delivery.

I ordered ZZZ 220K which was the correct kit for electrically controlled Velux windows, according to the website. The instructions are useless. They do not tell you that you need a type of screwdriver that few people own. They do not tell you how to disconnect the chain.
I have an electric window that can only be used manually, it’s a disgrace and l have paid experienced people and they can’t even get it to work by your so called system and not revealing that further components are required after it is purchased which you only discover bit by bit and when you think you have got it to work by your instructions it still does not work.I am assuming it will only work if l have to pay one of your employees to come out and fixit. ,if it’s fixable.if l had known that it cannot be installed by your instructions l would not have purchased the window if l had known in advance that you do not supply all that is needed in the first place to actually be able to use the window opening and closing mechanism.however l am still back where l started nowhere except incurring extra expenses.
