We ordered two blinds and two adapters and expected them to come together. The blinds arrived with no mention on the paper work of the adapters. I assumed they had been missed off and rang customer service. A very polite gentleman answered and said the delivery had come early and he thought the adapters would follow in two days time. They did, I received separate parcels each containing one adapter! Overall impression is of disorganisation in dispatch. Shame as products are good.

Translucent blinds might as will be transparent, no light reduction, really disappointed as old website didn’t show how little light they block out and cannot check until tabs removed.
