The blind was difficult to fit as it had no clips to hold blind in position, existing velux clips didn’t fit Only held in position by side runners
We found it really dificult to select the appropriate product for our needs . . the product code numbers seem to make it more difficult to guess what any product actually does ! Once decided, the ordering process was painless . . but when it came to trying to make the thing work, quite a different story ! Just a single sheet of straightforward instructions in English would be SO much more useful than a great thick booklet in 57 languages with nothing more informative than 3 or 4 tiny unintelligible graphics. Come on Velux . . . some effort please to help us to select and use your products
Loved the idea that the size is on the top of the window frame. Saved a lot of measuring hassle and opportunity to get it wrong.
Product good quality. Much better than old blind it replaced. Product not cheap but worth the money
Because our windows were old we had to ask for top fixing pads for main cassette- it may be helpful to put on your website a question of how old your windows are then velux can make sure you have all fitting necessary. After phoning we had them within a few days , I would further comment that your customer service was very good.
