Despite working in Engineering for about 30yrs as a draughtsman/designer I could not understand the location of the electrical connection. Had to advised by customer support agent.

Ordering the blinds i wanted to fit my two Velux was very easy and quick. They arrived promptly and were very easy to fit, so top marks, well done.
