When I called about replacement blind as I could not get the number to show online and had to call I was told to use another website for your company. What I didn’t know was that the fitting was different and there was no instructions on how to remove the old to replace it with a completely different version to fit the same window.
The screwdriver was missing from the kit. We were ok as we had kept one from a previous purchase but would have been very annoying otherwise.
