The only criticism I would make is that the pictorial instructions lack detail for connecting the power cable between the frame and the window. I assumed that the instructions were to isolate the power whilst installing the blinds and as my installation includes isolators for each window I used these. I was somewhat frustrated when the blinds wouldn’t connect to the remote control. It was only after I climbed up onto my roof that I realised that the cables were not connected. Why isn’t this done as a matter of course during manufacture or installation? Once connected everything was so simple.
Website is alright. Product is poor. Lack of instruction, poor resources to help fit. Doesn’t look like anything I can find online, instructions in pack don’t bear clear resemblance to product. You should be emailing the product fitting video the day product is out for delivery. Checklist of what you need. Had to spend further money on a torx set to remove old blind. Whole experience is rubbish after spending a premium on a product.
