I purchased two velux windows with the recommended extras (insulation strip, flashings etc). I was told the items were in stock and would be delivered next day. Next day passed and no arrival. I spoke to customer services and due to one of the insulation strips not being available, they cancelled the entire order, but didn't think to let me know. Another company happy to take your money, then sort out the details later. Yoi shouldn't be able to order items if they aren't stocked, and i shouldn't be left with a cancelled order because no one had the descentcy to contact me to tell my there was an issue with the order.
