The blind came in it own box so when it arrived the box was worn and creased in corners and things. So only my thought, if the box came in a protective box it would be more appealing and yes a box is only a box as you throw it away once opened. But a rough box gives the thoughts of possibly rough journey and the contents been thrown around.

Since 2022, however, they have been focusing on becoming historically carbon neutral by 2030, trying to offset any CO2 they ever produced since their foundation in 1941. As part of this effort, they have taken some radical measures, i.e. not using any plastic in window packaging or designing sturdier boxes for blinds, eliminating the need for additional packaging. This is closely monitored to ensure damaged deliveries do not increase but as you pointed out, the only packaging of the items may get some surface damage.
