We are elderly and found your online ordering nigh impossible . After many failed attempts we did manage to speak to a person who was able to take our order. First delivery was much longer than expected and the window apparently went missing? Replacement time was very good All staff we had contacted online and in person were excellent to deal with.

I had the fitter bin all the internal things we had with the order. We also bought added plastic skirt which they refused to use so I still have one boxed and the other on the skip pile. It seems everyone wants your money but does not explain that these things are not necessary

Just one item in Packaging was Damaged :- tube of silicon grease was split but was still useable , But all items were as expected, perhaps a bit more clarity to fitting instructions would be helpful ??

Everything was fine. It was unfortunate that I live on a very narrow street and the original delivery lorry couldn\'t get down, but all was delivered the next working day. And the window is now installed and looks very find, and the builder who installed it was very impressed with the value for money.

It was very confusing as to who was actually responsible for the supply and delivery of the products.
