The blind came in it own box so when it arrived the box was worn and creased in corners and things. So only my thought, if the box came in a protective box it would be more appealing and yes a box is only a box as you throw it away once opened. But a rough box gives the thoughts of possibly rough journey and the contents been thrown around.

Thank you so much for taking the time leaving us feedback. You are raising a valid point and this is how VELUX used to pack their products. Since 2022, however, they have been focusing on becoming historically carbon neutral by 2030, trying to offset any CO2 they ever produced since their foundation in 1941. As part of this effort, they have taken some radical measures, i.e. not using any plastic in window packaging or designing sturdier boxes for blinds, eliminating the need for additional packaging. This is closely monitored to ensure damaged deliveries do not increase but as you pointed out, the only packaging of the items may get some surface damage. We have fed your case back to the logistics team. I do hope that you find the blind the perfect fit and installation went fine. Please remember that all VELUX blinds carry a 3-year warranty for your peace of mind. Should you have any concerns or require more VELUX product in the future, please feel free to reach out.

I needed velux windows for conservation area Very reliable company I’ve called before ordering, they said 3 to 5 days Get delivery after 3 days perfect Not like other stores, which promising everything until you pay then stop answering then deliver date in 6 weeks. They said 3/5 days they delivered and a bit cheaper than other shops
