I spoke to the customer service line on a number of occasions and they were nothing but helpful. They had all the required information to hand with really good advice on the product and installation. This included emailing me the specifications so that the my builder could make the correct sized aperture. The delivery rather let the side down. I was promised 4 packages on the Tuesday and only 2 turned up - the flashing kits. The windows didn\'t arrive until Friday despite being told they would be there on the Tuesday. The tacking links on the emails and on the couriers web site didn\'t work.
