So far the experience with Velux has been top quality. Unfortunately the window I ordered had some damage on the bottom edge - it will not be installed for several months yet but a very helpful lady at Velux advised unpacking and checking regardless, great advice and indicative of the Velux service. Arranging a return was easy, I'm still waiting for contact from the courier but there are 10 days left on that 'window' so, so far so good :-) Once returned I will be granted a credit and be able to reorder. Assuming all that goes smoothly it will 100% be 10 stars!
