We were impressed. The only slight downer, and beyond your control frankly, was the length of time between order and delivery (12 weeks) although you had let us know. But beyond that the product is excellent and the customer service, including e-mail exchanges, was exceptional.
Lack of useful communication regarding delivery. No contact information for delivery firms used, no tracking once the product had left the primary courier and incorrect/confusing delivery dates given.
Needed a velux window for new build bathroom, builder installed whilst I was on holiday, it looks fabulous, thank you

Products, like flashing, was unavailable to purchase separately from window, not even through customer service. Delivery was not fit for purpose at all. At the selected delivery date (which was after a very long lead time, whereas stores have next day delivery), I\'ve received several messages that the order would be arriving later in the day and that I could track it. That was a joke. There was a map that displayed exactly the content of the message (package has left warehouse and would be delivered later in the day). Which gave me the false hope that the package would actually be delivered. When the package didn\'t arrive, we attempted to contact customer service from either Velux or the delivery company (XPO). No one was available to answer anything. The delivery came 3 days later - which means that all the work that depended on the window arriving had to be postponed, causing an overall delay of 1 week. Ridiculous!
Yes the experience has been so bad I have actively posted on social media and had my building plans for next year changed to use alternative products
