Really awful experience when it came to delivery of a roof window. It was not ever mentioned that the item came in two separate deliveries, the first item never arrived on specified date (whole day wasted waiting around). The status pages for deliveries where unsuitable for the public to understand what is going on. The second delivery driver was very rude - told my wife \"I thought a man was going to be here to help unload\", so refused to unload anything and then drove off without telling her what was happening and no one informed us what was happening after that. I had to call Velux myself to make arrangements for re-delivery. Appalling delivery experience and you would expect more from this brand.
