These days good ol’ customer service is lacking across the board, but from the minute I walked in to Legacy, I was treated with kindness and respect. The receptionist was personable, friendly and kind. Then I was taken back and the tech helping me was also so kind, super helpful and informative. The nurses that came to do bloodwork, Iv and CT were super sweet. And the Dr funny, informative, knowledgeable and so kind. I was hurting so bad, but everyone at this facility made me feel like a part of their family. The only thing that would make it better is to take Medicare so my hubby could go here when needed:) I would recommend going here instead of hospital 10 out 10!!
