I am very happy with your service and proximity! I always get great care when I go in with various ailments and without lengthy waits. I am very pleased. **** this is not my first visit. The drop down to select method of referral only appears when I choose first visit though and I cannot submit my answers without choosing a referral method, even though it is not visible when I say it is not my first visit.
