Mateo was fantastic as well as the other nurse and doctors I saw. The registration process took longer than I thought. I feel like I wasn’t taken seriously as a lot of paperwork needed to be filled out before they would get me a room. I was clearly in excruciating pain and unable to do what they needed. Once I got a room and got care, I was a lot better.
