I have some drug allergies and I was glad that Legacy ER checked those 3 allergies once again before prescribing my Rx - - many thanks.

People opt for urgent care when they are in kind severe pain or have conditions that cannot wait. But I waited a long time and only met with nurse no Dr visit.

The supposed doctor, because I don\'t think she was an actual doctor but a student, didn\'t make a good diagnosis. My throat was full of white spots and she didn\'t notice them since she didn\'t offer a strep throat test. My neck was full of lumps from swollen glands and she insisted that she didn\'t feel swollen glands, no further tests were suggested but a lidocin patch to help the neck pain. The antibiotic she prescribed me gave me a reaction. Next day by phone, another “Doctor” prescribe me a new one from the same antibiotic family along with steroid pills to mask the reaction that would continue!!! Obviously I was going to have a reaction, I mean they don\'t even have the basic knowledge. I had to pay for another consultation with a real doctor, so they could discover that I had strep throat and mono. This is unacceptable.
