i was not informed that my insurance was not accepted before being triaged. i explained to the billing receptionist that i would have appreciated a courtesy “we don’t take your insurance, would you still like to be seen here” before being told “you’re probably sick, here’s a prescription and a bill for $150, have a nice day”. and then after she left i heard her talking sh*t about me all the way across the building. cried in the car afterwards. -100/10 experience.

The record I received after the visit is very incorrect. I called to discuss it with someone the next day and never received a return call.
