I was transported to a hospital via ambulance to Medical City Los Calinos, due to my condition getting worst. Upon arrival at Medical City and investigated on they said I was given an overdose of the pain medications that was causing all the symptoms. They took procedures to neutralize the pain medications and quickly stabilized me. I was feeling much better. The Legacy ER Physician was in a hurry to treat me, and did not take his time to perform a proper diagnosis. I do not think I should need to pay for any insurance shortage after the insurance paid or for the very expensive ambulance ride to Medical City. I had to go through undue suffering.

Had a positive experience with all staff and will use you in the future. We just move here from TN and was my first week in my new house and was not feeling well. Next day after my visit was feeling better and was able to help my wife unpack was not much help when I was sick!

I arrived at the ER knowing I was experiencing a severe allergic reaction. The staff quickly brought a wheelchair and got me to a room immediately. Dr. Cradeur and the entire staff quickly realized it was a life-threatening anaphylaxis emergency and treated me with an extreme sense of urgency. For a period of time I could literally feel my life slipping away as my blood pressure dropped dangerously low very fast. If it were not for everyone\'s knowledge, professionalism, and speed of care, I would not be writing this today nor spending time with my wife, family, and friends. I will be eternally grateful to Legacy ER, Dr. Cradeur and all the professional care providers there. Although it is not nearly enough, my wife and I offer our deepest thanks and gratitude.

The service at Legacy ER is great. Reception is friendly and helpful, the wait is quick and the service is great. We’ve had different doctors and all have been knowledgeable and quick with a diagnosis and treatment. All the techs and nurses are great too.
