I came in with a fresh laceration about 1.5” long on my forehead. Doctor looked at me, didn’t even touch it, and said it couldn’t be closed. He then had the nurse clean it and apply a dressing. Suggested some scar treatment creams. He asked me multiple times if I wanted a tetanus shot, even tho I said I was current. I saw a different ER doctor later that day who had no problems putting in 8 stitches and closing it up nicely. The scar on my face will be minimal.

Referred by another ER Clinic, because they did not have needed equipment. Great choice! Immediate care was provided to ease pain and assurance that ultra sound and CT Scan would follow. The Doctor was spot on and very informative. And her Surgeon referrals are very good. Already have an appointment for evaluation and scheduling with appropriate specialist.

It was extremely hard to pick just one re patient experience. I’m new to Frisco and was nervous about going to Urgent Care. However the check in staff, nurse and doctor were so very nice as well as professional that it had a calming effect during a stressful time for me. Thanks to everyone at Legacy Urgent Care.
