I indicated physician needed improvement because I don\'t remember him introducing himself when he came in. He said your fine and walked out. The rest of the staff was fantastic.

The doctor first misdiagnosed my child who clearly had a broken bone. The assessment was totally lacking, she did’t even feel around on other areas of her leg. Once I questioned them they looked at the x-ray again and said they saw two areas - one that was fractured and another area of concern. They let her walk out with a broken bone in her lower leg and told us to go to an orthopedic. Lastly she said she had already submitted the report with the one area of concern so she was going to attach an addendum to document the broken bone and email that to us, which they never did. The discharge papers said to follow up with Scottish Rite but provided contact information for Children’s. We have been to Legacy ER many times over the years but this was so bad I will never go back.

I understand it is a business, however the cost for services for people doing cash pay is just astounding. You should be compensated for service, medical expertise and equipment; however the charges for service are well beyond that.

I was very scared and upset when I came in, the lady that register me, to the young man that monitor my vitals was very kind, but the one nurse that so so much compassion was name Mike I believe , he was so kind to me while I was so upset. Please Thank you for me his kindness should not go unnoticed.

I came in with a fresh laceration about 1.5” long on my forehead. Doctor looked at me, didn’t even touch it, and said it couldn’t be closed. He then had the nurse clean it and apply a dressing. Suggested some scar treatment creams. He asked me multiple times if I wanted a tetanus shot, even tho I said I was current. I saw a different ER doctor later that day who had no problems putting in 8 stitches and closing it up nicely. The scar on my face will be minimal.
