As we are a Govt Dept we are constantly trying to improve our level of customer service - we are not as interested in the "bottom line" as some other CustomerGuage users. Hence, sometimes things are aimed at industries with different objectives than ours. That is not to say CustomerGuage and Genroe haven't looked after us very well, thank you!
