We've always need stronger pre-built reporting that every user can access and build to their liking. I would also say the tool is not intuitive, but I have seen some vast improvements over the time we've used CustomerGauge. The silver lining in this journey has been our account managers. Although we've had a few, each new one was better than the last. "A" for effort to our current account manager, Brian Yen.

CustomerGauge made our consumers feedback accessible for each an every agent at our in-house call center. This creates an environment and a culture where the agent can easily adjust their approach towards their consumers and our company stays relevant and up to speed with todays standars. Great service for CusterGauges side!

Reports are good but not available in Excel. That is the improvement I would suggest. Ease of extracting most of the data in excel will be good.
