I think that our own internal restricted ability to drive the multiple use cases utilising the CG platform has prevented us for exploiting these features. The CG team are always responsive and supportive, I particularly enjoyed the engagements with Cary as it always topped up our energy. Referrals are the best measure of CX success, I am moving to another organisation next week and will be looking to introduce CG into their CX program. Janis has my contact details.

Hey, this just happened yesterday that the platform just changed and the old export is retiring. For me, it is OK but for many non tech savvy OpCo's - this requires training and change management. It has been couple of times that new functionalities are released and we are not aware (which is going better now), I knew about the new export but not the fact that old export will be retiring. We have a HUGE program with wide variety of usages, it is not easy to make such changes as it can affect reporting on OpCO's end. what I like is that we can brainstorm together and you are accomodating to our needs.
