Adam Ramshaw has been amazing over the past 4 years we have used Customer Gauge at Iron Mountain. His knowledge is superb and if he doesn't know the answer he comes back to me within a very short timeframe for an update or resolution. He is always available when we need assistance. His help and support to the Iron Mountain business and myself has been (without question) the best service a customer would want to receive. The reason I have scored "CG" at 9 and not 10 is I haven't dealt directly with them as much. I mostly go through Adam. However the response timeframe from CG when we have asked for a data cleanse or an enhancement or an issue to be fixed has been fantastic.
