I\'m pleased with the CG platform and how it\'s changed the CX in the business. We use CG for the following: *National Associate recognition program based on NPS results *National CX scorecard *Enhancing training and opportunities for our front-line staff Additionally, Monte is a great AE and is super supportive through each stage of evolving the way we use CG. Thank you for making my role a lot easier.

In today\'s fast-paced business world, it is essential that data is not only informative but also presented in a visually appealing and easy-to-digest format. Unfortunately, the current format of your reporting does not meet this standard. I understand that creating visually appealing reports can be challenging, but it is crucial to keep up with the latest trends and technologies to ensure that the data is presented in a way that is both informative and engaging. This will not only make it easier for us to understand the data, but it will also help us to make more informed decisions. From the start the reason for choosing CG has been your involvement in our program. That continues with multiple initiatives, e.g. the benchmarking reports. Part of the success of our program can definitely be attributed to CG.

Recently we are receiving a lot more assistance with CG, which is very positive. Where I\'m downgrading CG to a 7 is because you have to be pretty expert to know how to use lots of the features. Many things aren\'t intuitive or just not available.
