The only piece of feedback I have is regarding the reporting on individual drivers. There is currently not a widget that combines primary and secondary drivers. As drivers are vital for understanding our customer feedback, it would be beneficial to create one that combines both.

Genroe is fantastic. In particular, Adam and Muhammad. Muhammad can be available at the drop of hat for ad-hoc support, and he provides excellent support.

Great CSM support. Quick response on support tickets. Great training portal accessible from within the tool. Tool is simple and easy to introduce to new users.

I\'m pleased with the CG platform and how it\'s changed the CX in the business. We use CG for the following: *National Associate recognition program based on NPS results *National CX scorecard *Enhancing training and opportunities for our front-line staff Additionally, Monte is a great AE and is super supportive through each stage of evolving the way we use CG. Thank you for making my role a lot easier.
