I like very much the fact that we see a real alignment between NPS and sales, when NPS drops we immediately see a drop also in sales.
The tool is very valuable but as a large business, we still face many issues on adjusting our CRM to enable the full use of the services.

I think this program is a great way to show NPS...and training on the system is wonderful. With the system you can show them each step and break it down for them. Wonderful tool this is.
