Reports are good but not available in Excel. That is the improvement I would suggest. Ease of extracting most of the data in excel will be good.

your application is very easy to use and i love the realtime refresh. Working with Dan Tabrizi is a true pleasure. He's always available for my needs and has helped me learn and navigate the app to get everything that I have needed to run the erwin business needs. I look forward to working with Dan throughout the years to come. He's done great work helping me as a caring advisor.

Brian is the best. Great partner for our business. Superior customer service. Only thing that's a negative is responsiveness from product. I NEED to be able to have the fire "change" field for reporting, and have been let down on that.
