On ordering a blind and fixing pack your website gave the delivery date of 18th June. The fixing pack was delivered on 18th but the blind isn’t coming until 25th. What use is a fixing pack without the blind? Your customer satisfaction email has arrived before the product!

Parcel delivered to wrong address. Still trying to find what went wrong and where it is. Meanwhile more parts are on the way with a different courier. No idea why there's another package. It looks like I'm in for a long ordeal and many long wait phone calls before I receive anything. Not even sure if I'll ever have the full kit. I just feel a mixture of disappointment and anger.

Delivery was on the wrong day, but because it was 2 days earlier than expected I didn’t mind. The screw heads are not compatible with generally used screwdrivers - fortunately I had an Allen key that fitted, but a bit fiddly due to its small size.

I especially like that we phoned for advice on installing the blind’s hook-attachments and were given confident, good advice.

Having received the blind after 12 days of ordering, I'm really disappointed with the product, there are a lot of ripples in the material and its not completely blackout, there are gaps where the light comes in, having had this type of blind for the past 13 years, it's really not how I expected it to be.
