Part of my ordered did not arrive and online chat advised it would be delivered in next two days. Stayed at home to wait for delivery which didn’t turn up. Phoned customer service only to be told by Vicki that the extending window rod was not available yet due raw material shortage ! Your website did not state this item was not in stock when I ordered and the online chat did not mention this either. I still have not heard when I will get my window pole. This is such a shame, as the window blinds arrived on time and were very easy to fit, look good & work well !
