Velux\'s customer service is exceptionally good. I ordered the wrong maintenance kits (entirely my mistake), and this was sorted out for me really quickly and helpfully.

Overall great experience. Easy to purchase the correct blind for my window. When I received my blind, I was initially surprised that there were no instructions provided, but quickly found them on the website. I would suggest providing a QR code on the packaging that links to the fitting instructions! Anyway, fitting was so easy, and the instructions are very clear and easy to follow! Excellent job on that! Thanks.
