Hello, I placed my order with you on 27June and was advised it was dispatched 30June It is now 14July and I still have not received my order Please can you follow up and advise when I can expect it

The instructions were incredibly unhelpful a mystery drawing addressed the fact that the blind should be held in a specific way to allow set up was ridiculous

I needed four very small fixings to support my new blinds. Not only are they ridiculously costly for what they are, but the 'shipping costs' are laughable. In my view they should be included with each blind purchased. Items like this do not need 'shipping'. They can be sent via normal post methods at a fraction of the cost charged at present.
