Although the photos on the website appear clear, I ordered a semi-translucent/opaque pleated blind which, to my surprise, was patterned. However, this was not visible on the website photograph. By adding a further photo and a written description, I would have been aware and would have ordered the plain one. (Top marks to Customer Services for swiftly sorting!)
