Before you send a survey first deliver the item and not only a bit of it. I have not received the blind only the brackets have come.SEND ME THE BLIND I PAID FOR. Thanks

There is no correspondence on delivery date I received a delivery note for the item that arrived 5 days later this should be changed to a dispatch note with an estimated arrival time on it.
