The VELUX roof lights were installed in my house almost 40 years ago and have been excellent over the years. Latterly the sealed units have broken down and I have undertaken a refurbishment of the two window frames. The components are in remarkable condition and the new sealed units easy to replace (supplied by a another company as you no longer supply due to the age of my windows) you have supplied black out blinds, which were again easy to install and work very well. It is great to say “thank you “ for a superb, quality product that is still as good as the day they were installed.
I contacted customer care by email and everyone were very professional and giving accurate advice about the faulty blind. Very impressive customer experience. Got my blind quicker before the expected date.

The blinds are good quality, look good and work really well and extendable window opener works really well
I have not yet received my new blind ! Your own records should confirm that and hence it is ridiculous for you to send an unsolicited email requesting me to comment upon your service. Once my order has been delivered I may be willing to review my score.
