I love my new velux windows and blinds. Unfortunately glue the blinds leaflet was stuck onto the window with won\'t budge, have had to buy some sticky stuff remover. Other than that great.

Can’t think of any improvement you could make to the ordering service, however I previously had a plain VELUX roller blind at my window and it was so sturdy, the new one (pleated) feels very flimsy, only time will tell if it is as good as the last one.

I bought 2 blackout blinds about 12 years ago and the design has now changed but not for the better. The mitre cuts on the new ones were a fraction off. The previous design didn\'t have mitre cuts and was better.
