Still awaiting delivery, no indication how long delivery would be until after purchasing.

Designed to fit very neatly into the window. It is fully adjustable but doesn’t click at top or bottom so there is a slight gap. I had a problem when installing because the string is very tight and the last clip was awkward to place above my head while standing on a ladder. The string loop slipped off the plastic clip and suddenly I had strings everywhere. I had to dismantle the whole thing and sort the strings out on a table, then start again.

I ordered blinds and fixings. The fixings arrived two days after the blinds so had to wait until they could go up. More seamless delivery required. The blinds went up easily and look good.

Website is very confusing and it is frustrating that fundamental details such as dimensions fo not travel with the reference to the particular window.

It all worked very well. Although we were a bit apprehensive about fitting the replacement blind the velux online youtubes were very helpful.

Customer service very helpful. But replacing old blind with latest version very awkward as advisor admitted. Instructions provided totally inadequate as wording essential.

So easy to take photo of the window numbers to know what blind size to order. Easy to order. Deliver was made a few days earlier than expected.
