The package arrived half destroyed. The blind was scratched and scuffed. There were parts missing. It looked like it had been kicked around the distribution centre. The package has been opened and someone had taped the end up. It was poorly packaged. I have contacted Velux for a replacement but have to now wait two weeks for the next one to come. Having spent over £175 on a blind, this is very poor service and I am very unhappy about it.
Good clear info throughout process of ordering and delivery of replacement blind unit.
The Velux instruction booklets are poor - suggest written / designed by people who have NEVER installed / fitted a Velux product.
