The website provided a pop up suggesting I bought mounting brackets for my new blinds. I did so, only to find these were included with the blinds. So the website was misleading - the pop up was unnecessary and the description of the blinds did not make it clear that mounting brackets would be supplied

Velux, why oh why do you not provide the T10 screwdriver with the product. I would imagine it would cost you next to nothing to buy these in bulk and then supply with the product. T10 screwdriver is not a tool that most people have (myself and all my neighbours included). To purchase one I had to take a two hour round trip to a DIY store. Not good enough Velux, think about your customers for the prices you charge you should ensure your customers have everything they need to fit the blind.

I am renovating 3 velux windows with new blinds which are fantastic, but the restoration kit I bought was way overpriced for what you get. Very disappointed.

Would have been great to have had the right screwdriver included with the order. Would have saved on wrecking a couple of screws with the wrong head and considering how much I spent, it wouldn\'t have been much cost on your part but would have saved a lot of hassle. I mean IKEA always inclusive the right alken keys right

The brackets weren’t initially included with the blind so obtained later. It didn’t say when ordering that they would not be included.

Separate websites for windows and blinds was initially confusing but two conversations with Velux staff were excellent, friendly , helpful and informative
