Original blind received with fault to the blackout backing. Customer Service very efficient, asked for photos of the fault and within an hour or so confirmed that they would replace the blind with no quibble. Replacement blind received within a few days.
One of my items were to follow but I was never informed so I had to call to enquire. An email or notification on my invoice/despatch note would have been helpful. Apart from that, excellent service and product.
Delivery’s take a bit long , if they come from outside the uk I get it but it doesn’t say they are being shipped from outside the uk
Excellent product and better than the blind it replaced which was about 10 years old and had been used every day.
