delivery information wasnt that transparent - communication could be better on this but this may be a TNT issue

Easy to order, requested samples first so that I could gauge the colour more accurately, once decided it was easy to order and delivery was prompt even in these uncertain times. Old blinds one of which had broken (after 12 years) have now been replaced.

The web site was easy to use, getting the right size and type of blind was straight forward. The quality of the delivered blind was excellent and it was delivered when it was supposed to be
