I’ve yet to fit my blind. Need to sand down and re varnish the old wooden frame first (unfortunately weather not on my side at the mo!) my velux is a pre 2013 model, so needed help to find the serial number, the customer service lady was an absolute star, and guided me through the process of flipping the window (for which I was always under the impression it couldn’t be done!!!) it can and does...... so I’ve now got a clean top half to my roof window and also got rid of nearly 15 years of cobwebs, gross

Im concerned that a repair service is not available or easy replacement , also a recommendation of how to remove the existing blind would have been useful

TNT have failed to deliver my order. VELUX aren't totally responsible for the shambles, but as TNT won't respond to my requests for updates, my frustration lands at your door. I have bought directly from you before, but this has been a miserable experience. I would recommend that you use a reliable courier in future. I would like a full refund, so that I can go buy a blind from a third party and maybe get it fitted before the summer...
