I purchased a replacement blind and although the components were similar to the original blind I found they were not of the quality of the one purchased in 2003!!

I can’t praise you enough! I thought my window was ‘old’ and blinds wouldn’t be available anymore, I couldn’t believe it when I put in the required info. from my window it was there! When it arrived, before the estimated delivery date and I eventually, after consulting the internet, managed to remove the old broken blind, perhaps this is something you may want to consider including with the new blinds, the instructions on how to remove the old blinds because your instructions on how to put up the new blind is brilliant and made my life easy and stress free! It took me longer to take down the broken blind than it did to put up the new one! Thank you

My main issue is the installation instructions, these are poor to say the least with just pictures to guide you through. It would help if it came with written instructions as well.

Disappointed that delivery was sent to Dubai instead of Northern Ireland and it broke my confidence in purchasing from Velux.
