My order has been showing as ‘collecting’ on TNT for over a week. I have not received my order yet. This is terrible. Current wait is 14 days since placing order

I would say the service and speed of delivery was excellent. What was totally disappointing was the product itself which really is not fit for purpose. Surprised as everything else we have bought from velux is top quality. This catch needs redesigning.

Amazing website, very easy to order. It was the carrier who was able to answer my delivery concern. Good updates from Velux about dispatch etc.. but didn’t seem to follow through til delivery.

We just ordered samples on this occasion, we will be ordering the actual blinds soon, though in the past we have bought several blinds and have been highly satisfied with them.
