Absolutely BRILLIANT. beautifully and precisely made. Fitted a forty year old window frame perfectly. Was so easy to fit. Couldn't be more impressed. Thank-you!

The blind is a nightmare to fit.I have given up for the afternoon. I count myself as a very competent DIY person .The problem is the cords and the red clip holding them. The red clip came away from the blind top and then all the cords have got tangled. If I can't sort it out I will return the item as Not Fit For Purpose

The blind was late in delivery, broken in part and the box it came in was caved in at one end. Not a great impression but if we can get this sorted out then I can fill out another survey.

I have yet to fit the blinds so cant comment on ease of fitting or durability. I have not needed Customer Service.

Bring your bank a/c details up to UK norms (name of a/c, sort code...). I was forced yo use a card over the phone because I did not have this info, even after phoning for help.
