I wasn't told the brackets would arrive separately. I had to contact customer services as they weren't even on the delivery note. Then told they're not in stock. The website should show that things are out of stock so you don't pay for things that either don't arrive or arrive too late. I don't mind waiting if the info is given at the time of ordering. Please do something about this as it makes a big difference.

One of the blinds delivered had a fault. However, spoke with Judith - really appreciate the "no quibble" approach to quickly resolving and re-ordering a replacement.
