Amazing blinds

Blinds were sent separately to brackets but I wasn’t informed that brackets would follow several days later. So took old blinds down and disposed of them the day before new blinds were delivered. Only to discover I couldn’t fit new blinds so had no blinds in bedroom for several days. I would have removed the old blinds just before the brackets arrived had I been informed of this! Discovered that one blind was slightly damaged and the other blind was detached from the motorised mechanism and I have no idea how to connect it.

I wish that I had spoken to a Customer care agent prior to making my order as I found the codes misleading and ended up with the wrong sized blind. On phoning, the young lady I spoke to was most helpful, she fully explained the blinds I needed and arranged a collection of the one sent, a credit to you!

Amazing product and was amazed how easy to fit.10 mins per blind and we love them.Don’t buy comparisons.Buy direct from Velux and get a brilliant product.

Using the online service for blinds, I was allowed to order and pay for a product that i was later informed Velux didn't have in stock at the time, but then Velux still sent me a different version. I now have to repackage and send back.
