I ordered two different spare parts separately and on both occasions the packaging was so badly damaged that the delivery company had to repackage them, causing a delay in me receiving them. Thankfully the parts were undamaged, and I have successfully repaired my blind, but the packaging was very poor.

The quality of the blind is fine but... why charge extra to order via an actual person rather than online? I needed to speak to an advisor in the first place because your website could not deal with the reference number that I took from the blind, but then had to go online to order unless I wanted to pay a 'delivery charge'. Poor service. Also, the cord on my existing blind wore out but because the blind was over 10 years old I was informed that you didn't stock spare parts! What?! I had to buy a brand new blind when all I needed was a piece of cord.
