Door to door service. Met with a smile at the front door and that level of friendliness continued throughout my time at the facility. Staff was excellent, and I have no complaints about their service. 10/10 would go back.

The doctor was wonderful! I am 82 years old and the doctor was very patient and kind as I explained my issue. She gave me the help I needed.

I felt very dismissed by the doctor. I had explained I had been running a high fever in the evenings, He said you look fine, here’s some antibiotics. Said my urine looked fine. I came to know from a call a day or 2 later I did have a uti. I’ve had sepsis 2 times and explained this to the doc. Again I felt dismissed. I’ve normally had no problem with legacy ER and is my go to when my regular doc is not available. I just didn’t care for this doc. Med techs/nurses were fine.
