It was my first time visiting the ER because I was in severe pain early in the morning. Thanks to the quick treatment and friendly staff, I was able to recover and return home quickly. The doctor and nurses were very kind, explained everything well, and provided excellent care. I think I’ll come back here if I ever need medical help again. Thank you very much!

Don’t diagnose a mild STD without having the results. It was never discussed during my visit and just written on the discharge paperwork.Also having the patient swab themself is probably not got to get the best results. Ended up not having an STD,, but they didn’t really help to resolve my issue that day. Having 4 different people in and out of one room is not the best practice. I tried to call and complain but I got a return call from a doctor who treated me on a prior visit (not that one) . He said that he was calling back to help me understand my medical condition. The memo I left with the person on the phone said nothing about being confused. I was upset with this sloppy medical process. The lady who answered the phone read back word for word my voice message but somehow that turned into me being confused.
