The product is not as good as the original Velux blinds. Too much light gets in the side

Der Net Promoter Score ist eine Loyalitätskennzahl, die als KPI für die Kundenerfahrung verwendet wird und auf einer Skala von -100 bis +100 gemessen wird.
Zur Berechnung des NPS bitten wir die Kunden zunächst, die Frage "Wie wahrscheinlich ist es, dass Sie dieses Unternehmen einem Freund oder Kollegen empfehlen würden" auf einer Skala von 0 - 10 zu beantworten.
Kunden, die 0 - 6 beantworten, sind Kritiker, 7 - 8 sind Passive und 9 - 10 sind Promotoren. Der NPS ist die Differenz aus dem Prozentsatz der Promotoren minus dem Prozentsatz der Kritiker.
